The business was started in 1987 by Ray McShurley and is now owned and operated by his son, Kirk McShurley. Ryan, the third generation of McShurley's, is a dedicated salesperson on the Label Tech team. Many of the factory operators have been with the company for over 10 years and some for more than 15 years!
